History

Locust, (also known as Professor Webb, Captain Webb, and Dark Zoataxian[1]) commands the Arachnoid Star Base with a pilot Danny Longlegs and two Gigabots. Using his scientific prowess he detects the presence of Voltstones and deploys units to collect them. The Star Base also acts as a fueling station to the other vessels in the Insectoids fleet.[2]

According to LEGO® Adventures! Magazine Locust is "Scientist and commander of the Insectoid Arachno Base!"[3]

Locust has black hair, dark grey skin, and numerous facial cybernetic enhancements under an insect-like bubble helmet. Locust also appears to have more body modifications than the other Zotaxians attached to the standard black and grey space suit with added decals to the legs.

Locust, Insector Leon, and Danny Longlegs were the first figures to feature a head element produced in the Dark Grey color.

This figure was included in set 6977 | Arachnoid Star Base and given to the The Collector as a gift from relatives in 1998.
