History
While this figure is branded with the LEGO® Octan logo, it is included in a branded set promoting the Swedish ferry and shipping company Stena Line. The character is seen driving a little brick built car being transported by a Stena Line ferry.
The inclusion of a crash helmet and branded jacket suggests that this character is some form of race car driver. Where their next race will be is unknown, but the implication is that the branded company got them there safely.
The Stena Line Racer wears a white crash helmet with a transparent blue visor, sunglasses, red Octan #1 racing jacket, and blue pants.
