History
This version of the Stena Line Racer is a variant of the figure included in a branded set promoting the Swedish ferry and shipping company Stena Line.
The box of 2998 | Stena Line Ferry clearly shows two different builds featuring this figure.[2] The first shows the character wearing a crash helmet while driving a racing type car with a spoiler. The other shows a more laid back version of the character with hair, entering a smaller convertible style car.
The inclusion of both accessories in the set and the depictions in marketing material demonstrate that both configurations are valid. Therefore this variant has been included as a separate listing and classified as unique.
This variant of the Stena Line Racer has short black hair, sunglasses, red Octan #1 racing jacket, and blue pants.
This figure was purchased through the BrickLink marketplace by The Collector in 2019.
