History
This figure is identical to the original Dr. Charles Lightning with the addition of a large brown opening / closing backpack, pickaxe, and frying pan accessories. In the Desert Sub-Theme this figure is shown almost exclusively with these components and therefore is classified as unique. With later iterations of the character in other themes the backpack is not included, indicating this variation is exclusive to his desert adventures.
His desert attire consists of a white pith helmet, white collared button-up shirt with a red bow tie, large brown opening / closing backpack with pickaxe and frying pan accessories, suspenders, and green pants.
This figure was included in set 5988 | The Temple of Anubis and given to The Collector as a Christmas present in 1998.
