The Police Tower Controller has short cropped brown hair and wears a bright blue boiler suit with six buttons and two pockets.
History
The Police Tower Controller heads the control tower at the Police Headquarters, doubling as signaler and ground crew as well. [2]
The character also appears to work at a local garage, either moonlighting or as an ex-employee of the police force.[3]
In 1985 they were seen again in a new career, this time driving a blue UNICEF van.
